Pair of vases (or potiches) in Chinese partitioned traditionally and handcrafted in Beijing, according to the method of partitioning, which is a technique of making enamel objects, very popular in China. This model features a dragon and a phoenix, legendary animals of Chinese mythology.

Our Chinese potiches are made of copper, on which metal strips are welded or glued to delineate the patterns (forming partitions), which are then filled with coloured enamel using a syringe. The object is then cooked and sanded.
